Don’t make beginner mistakes in Madison

  1. Don’t just collect quotes. Ask your salespeople why they are recommending the machines that they selected. Ask them if they are best TCO (total cost of ownership) or if they have a lower cost of entry.
  2. Don’t get color unless you need it. Quite often salesmen will offer a “free upgrade to color”. Fantastic! The problem is that almost every business has trouble managing their color printing. This free upgrade could cost you in the end and that is what the salesman is banking on.
  3. Don’t get hung up on a single flashy feature. Every copier has pluses and minuses, take them all into account before you buy.
